    SAFE (Stop Abuse For Everyone) Austin is a non-profit organization dedicated to ending abuse and violence through prevention, advocacy, and comprehensive support services. They provide emergency shelter, counseling, legal advocacy, housing assistance, and education to empower survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, and child abuse.   • National Suicide Prevention Hotline

    The National Suicide Prevention Hotline is a free, confidential support service available 24/7 for individuals in emotional distress or crisis. By dialing 988, callers are connected with trained counselors who provide compassionate listening, crisis intervention, and resources to promote mental health and prevent suicide. The hotline is dedicated to offering hope, support, and lifesaving assistance to anyone in need.

  • Psychiatric Emergency Services

    This walk-in, urgent care clinic is for adults and children having a mental health crisis. A person in crisis might be hearing or seeing things that are not real or be in danger of injuring themselves. Services include care plans to help keep people safe, mental health support for up to 90 days, medicine and connection to other Integral Care programs.

    A free, confidential, multilingual helpline and online service available 24/7 throughout Travis County. Operated locally through United Way Greater Austin in partnership with the statewide 2‑1‑1 Texas network, it connects residents to essential services such as:

    *Mental‐health and substance‐use support
    *Child care, employment, transportation, and disaster relief
